By creating an Account or using the Services, you consent to receive electronically all agreements, notices, disclosures, records, and other communications that TraIDCred provides in connection with the Services (collectively, "Communications"). You agree that electronic Communications satisfy any legal requirement that a Communication be in writing, and that your electronic acceptance (for example, clicking "I agree") has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

2. How we provide Communications

We may provide Communications by: (a) email to the address associated with your Account; (b) posting on or within the Services; or (c) other electronic means. It is your responsibility to keep your email address and contact information current and to maintain access to them.

3. Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain Communications, you need: a device with internet access; a current web browser that supports current security standards; a valid email account; and the ability to view and save PDF and web-based documents. If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access or retain Communications, we will notify you.

4. Right to paper copies

You may request a paper copy of a Communication by contacting support@traidcred.com, and TraIDCred will provide it at no charge. Requesting a paper copy does not, by itself, withdraw your consent.

5.1 You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting support@traidcred.com. Withdrawal is effective only after we have a reasonable period to act on it.

5.2 Because the Services are provided electronically, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some or all of the Services to you, and may result in closure of your Account. Certain records we are required to retain will still be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

6. Scope; separate consents

6.1 This consent covers Service-related and transactional Communications. Marketing communications are separate: where required, we will obtain any additional consent and provide an unsubscribe mechanism, and any text-message program will require separate opt-in.

6.2 Future consents are separate and standalone. Any future consent for background checks (under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act) or identity verification will be obtained through separate, standalone disclosures and authorizations and is not covered by this consent.

7. Records and evidence

Your consent and acceptances are recorded with their version and timestamp as described in the Privacy Policy and TraIDCred's acceptance-recording practices.

8. Governing law

This consent is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and is subject to the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
